Essential Duties and Responsibilities Plan and implement individual and group daily learning experiences for children that advance their school readiness skills and stimulates language, social, emotional, and motor skills growth. Oversee the management and supervision of children in order to ensure a safe, clean, and healthy learning environment. Ensure implementation of the agency approved curriculum plan. Ensure progress in all areas of child development and early learning as outlined in the Head Start Child Development and Early Learning Framework, Teaching Strategies Gold and Kindergarten School Readiness Skills. Ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, Arkansas Minimum Licensing requirements and other federal and state regulations. Provide training and guidance to the Teacher Assistant, substitutes, and volunteers. Qualifications General Have and maintain a valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
