Position Summary Assist with the administration, supervision, and coordination of early childhood education and child development services for children and families. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with planning, developing, and administering the early childhood education and child development service areas ensuring an integrated and comprehensive system of services for children and their families. Assist with curriculum development that meets both state and federal guidelines. Observe and monitor classroom activities and children’s records; review and analyze data on child outcomes. Mentor, coach and train educational staff.
